1. Who we are

AI Command School™ is a program operated by Human1st LLC, a California limited liability company at 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use aicommandschool.com or join.aicommandschool.co, book a call with us, or enroll in the program. By booking a call or enrolling, you agree to them.

2. The program

AI Command School is a 24-week live online program in four six-week stages. Sessions are 90 minutes, taught live on Zoom, with practice and office hours between sessions. The session time and start date for each cohort are confirmed before it starts. We may make reasonable changes to content, tools, instructors’ examples or the order of topics to keep the program current. We will not reduce the number of live sessions you paid for.

You must be 18 or older to enroll.

3. Certified AI Operator

To earn the Certified AI Operator credential you must attend at least 4 of the 6 live sessions in each of the four stages and pass the final capstone assessment. Attending sessions alone does not earn the credential. The credential recognizes completion of this program. It is not a license, a degree, or a certification from any AI company.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown to you before you enroll. You can pay in full, or by one of the payment plans offered on your call. A payment plan is a commitment to the full program paid in installments. It is not a monthly subscription you can stop at will. Payments are taken by Stripe on the dates agreed. If a payment fails and is not made good within 14 days, we may pause your access until it is.

5. Our guarantee

First six weeks. If you attended at least 4 of the 6 sessions in the first stage and are not satisfied, email peter@aicommandschool.com within 7 days after the sixth session of that stage and we will refund what you have paid, in full. Your enrollment then ends.
After the first six weeks. No refunds. If you are not satisfied with a later stage, you may retake that stage with a later cohort at no extra cost, once.

These remedies are in addition to any rights you have by law.

6. If a cohort does not run

If we cancel or postpone a cohort before it starts, you can choose a full refund or a place in the next cohort.

7. Recordings and materials

Live sessions are recorded so that you can catch up on a missed session. Recordings are available to enrolled learners for the length of their cohort and 12 months after. By joining a session you agree to be recorded. Turn your camera off and use chat if you prefer not to appear.

All program materials, recordings, templates and the method taught are owned by Human1st LLC. You may use them for your own work. You may not share, resell, republish or teach from them.

8. Tools you need

The program uses Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude. Some of the work runs on free versions. Some later work needs a paid subscription, which you buy directly from the provider, at your cost. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these companies or their products, and their terms apply to your use of them. Do not put your employer’s confidential information into any AI tool unless your employer allows it.

9. Conduct

Be respectful to instructors and other learners. Do not record, share or post other learners’ names, images or work. We may remove anyone from a session or the program for abusive, disruptive or unlawful behavior, without refund.

10. No guarantee of results

We teach skills and a method. We do not promise any job, promotion, client, income or business result. What you achieve depends on your own work and circumstances.

11. Text messages

If you agree to text messages on our booking form, you will receive messages from AI Command School about your booked call and the program, such as reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help, or email peter@aicommandschool.com. To change or cancel a call, use the link in your confirmation email or reply to the text in your own words. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or enrolling. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.

12. Limits on our liability

The program and websites are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California. If something goes wrong, email us first so we can try to put it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be heard in the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you enroll applies to your enrollment.
