Who we are
AI Command School™ is a program operated by Human1st LLC, a California limited liability company at 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811, United States.
This policy covers aicommandschool.com, join.aicommandschool.co, and the forms, booking pages, emails and text messages we run from them. It does not cover other websites we link to.
Questions or requests: peter@aicommandschool.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, job role, and the answers you give on our booking form or on a call with us.
Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, pages viewed, time on page, video progress, and how you arrived at our site.
Payment information. If you enroll, Stripe takes your payment. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store full card details.
Call and message records. Dates, times and content of calls, texts and emails between us. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is being recorded, and you can ask us not to record it.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, passwords or bank account details. Please do not send it to us, including in practice work you share during the program.
How we use it
To reply to you and to book, confirm, remind you of and reschedule your call.
To deliver the program if you enroll, including live sessions, recordings and practice materials.
To tell you about future cohorts, if you have agreed to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To run and measure our advertising.
To keep records, handle disputes, and meet our tax and legal obligations.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS box on our booking form, we will text you about your booked call and about the program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Agreeing to texts is optional and is never a condition of booking a call or enrolling.
No mobile information, phone number or text messaging consent will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers who send messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for anything else.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta recognize visitors and helps us measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who work for us under contract and may use it only to provide their service to us:
GoHighLevel and its messaging providers: our booking pages, customer records, email and text messages
Meta: advertising and measurement
Stripe: payments
Zoom: live sessions and recordings
Framer: website hosting and site analytics
We also share information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings that do not lead to enrollment: 3 years from your last contact with us.
Learners who enroll: 7 years after the program ends, for tax and accounting.
Session recordings: for the length of your cohort plus 12 months.
Marketing consent records: while you are subscribed, and 3 years after you unsubscribe, so we can show you were removed.
Advertising and analytics data: up to 26 months.
Your rights in California
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share, and to get a copy of it; to have it corrected or deleted; to opt out of its sale or sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be treated differently for using any of these rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by emailing peter@aicommandschool.com with the subject “Do not share”, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honor.
To use any of these rights, email peter@aicommandschool.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Someone you authorize in writing may make a request for you.
Residents of other US states with privacy laws can make the same requests the same way, and we will handle them under the law of their state.
Children
The program is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and tell you directly if the change is significant.
